Meet The Six Most Influential Kenyans Out Of The 2017 Most Influential Africans

Out of the 100 Most influential youths released in 2017 , Kenya was able to have six Kenyan youths making  the list.

Below are the Kenya’s influential youths

Boniface Mwangi

Boniface Mwangi is an award-winning photojournalist and a Kenyan activist. He has been involved in socio-political activism through his initiative ‘Team Courage. Mr Mwangi also vied for Starehe Constituency MP, during the August 8 2017 election but unfortunately, he lost to Charles Njagua aka Jaguar, a popular Kenyan musician.

Larry Madowo

Larry Madowo is a Kenyan Journalist and a news anchor for NTV, who mostly specializes with current affairs, technology and entertainment. He popularly known for being a host the “The Trend”.

Cyprian Nyakundi

Cyprian is a controversial Kenyan Blogger who has interests in politics, corporate-fraud, human-interest stories and governance. He also has a huge following on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Sakaja Johnson

Sakaja is a nominated member of parliament and has been in office since 2013. He is the current Senator of Nairobi County after winning the August 8 general elections. Sakaja was also nominated for ‘The Future Awards Africa Prize in Public Service’.

Mumbi Ndung’u

Mumbi is a digital media specialist and Founder/CEO and the Team Leader of Ibua Africa. She has over 5 years’ experience in media relations, PR and Digital media.

Eric Kinoti

Eric is an entrepreneur and a knowledge philanthropist born in Mombasa. He is the founder and director of Shade Systems (EA) Ltd, Alma Tents Ltd, Bag Base Kenya Ltd and SafiSana Home Services Ltd. He has also been listed in Kenya’s Top 40 under 40 and Forbes Top 30 under 30 and voted the Most Influential SME personality at the SOMA Awards.
