A video of Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris dancing her heart out has wowed Kenyans.
Gracing the Mr and Mrs Albinism East Africa 2018 gala at KICC, Passaris left the attendees mesmerized with her dancing skills.
Passaris, who was dressed in a flowing, print dress, took to the diamond dais to the beats of Navy Kenzo’s song featuring Diamond Platnumz – Katika.

The 54-year-old legislator did not disappoint as she wiggled to the rhythm of the song as the crowd cheered on.
Having impressed the attendees, the Nairobi MP took the microphone from Nominated Senator Isaac Mwaura who was among the event organizers.
“We are slaying true to the words of some members of parliament,” she remarked as the crowd burst out in laughter.
“We will do some serious slaying so that when we come back to parliament in February, the Gender Bill passes,” Passaris added.
The Mr and Mrs Albinism beauty pageant competition was organised to fight stigma against people living with albinism by celebrating their unique beauty.
Talk of ‘slay queens’ rocked Parliament in late November after Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa opposed the two-thirds Gender Bill debate describing it as a means for slay queens to join parliament without working hard.

Dispelling the negative public perception associated with the word, Passaris stated, “There is a lot of talk about slay queens, so this is what slaying is all about, slaying is loving yourself.
“It is about putting your lipstick, doing a kiss, having a photograph, slaying isn’t about prostitution,” she added.
