12 Pieces Sweet Potatoes boiled until cooked (Use the yellow ones because they are perfect for this recipe.

1-cup Boiled kidney beans until soft.

1-cup Boiled Green maize(corn) until soft. 

Salt to taste

In a cooking pan, put in the hot sweet potatoes.

Next, add in the hot corn

Then the hot kidney beans

Add salt and use a wooden stick or a potato masher and start to mash thoroughly.
